100% of all donations will go directly into the Hayashida account for
missions. All donations are tax deductible and each donor will receive
an end of year statement of financial contributions. Since the
Hayashidas are volunteers (independent missionaries) and are not
receiving any funding from any organization or denomination, all
donations will be used for the the Hayashida travel expenses, housing
and utilities, and ministry/operational budgetary needs. Until funding
rises to a level above the stated needs, the Hayashidas will do
without retirement or medical benefits. The Missions Committee of the
church will monitor all financial disbursements to the Hayashidas for
their ministry.
Donations can be made as a one-time gift, or they may be given on a
monthly (25, 50, 100, for example) or quarterly basis. If you intend
to commit to a monthly giving plan, for example, it would be helpful
for the Hayashidas that you indicate so in order for better budgeting
of monthly expenditures to take place. Monthly or quarterly pledges
are the means by which controlled spending can be implemented best.
One can designate funding for a specific cause
or project listed on the Partnership page. If this is done, that specific gift will be used only
for that project or designation. You may write to Nelson.Hayashida@gmail.com
for any questions you may have regarding your contributions, or contact
the church directly by writing to Vicki Riggs, the Financial Secretary, at vickilriggs@yahoo.com. If you would like a quarterly
record of contributions, that can be arranged as well.
